Attack Surface Reduction Rules not in block mode, preventing attackers to use common vulnerabilities in (Microsoft) applications.
Missing (or a minimal set of) Conditional Access Policies, leaving holes in your attack surface including Disabling Device Code Flow, Securing Registration, and MFA for Guest Users.
Users are not being prevented from creating applications, leaving attackers with the ability to hide in your environment forever.
Microsoft Defender "Preset Security Policies" and Entra ID "Security Defaults" are left in place after onboarding. To configure security optimally, you must replace these with better custom security controls.
Critical users (Privileged admins, C-levels, HR, Finance) not being protected with better security controls making them vulnerable to targeted attacks.
Entra ID Sign-in and Audit logging not in place (no insight into who did what)
